Summer Bootcamp Classes
We all need a little extra motivation to get moving in the heat of summer…
Commit to get fit this summer at Danah’s Summer Bootcamp!
- 3 classes/week: Monday at 5:30pm, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15pm
You can look forward to Monday night’s quick 45 minute Kettlebell Blast Class. We will be swinging some Kettlebells which is the best way around to burn tons of calories while getting your whole body strong and healthy. *
Wednesday nights we will be spicing things up by focusing on core strength and stability as well as getting our heart rates up and blasting fat with some cardio intervals.
Friday night is fun night! We will have fun with lots of different routines that involve playing with medicine balls, steps, resistance bands, and free weights.
- Sign up for July for only $95. August will be $120.
- BUT…If you commit to the full 9 weeks, you’ll get a week free! Both months for only $190!**
- Bring a friend to join in and get an additional week free.***
Bootcamp classes are held at Mrs. Christy’s Dance, Tumble and Cheer located on Goblin Drive behind Rooster’s BBQ.

*Kettlebells look like a cannonball with a handle. If you are unfamiliar with these awesome exercise tools, don’t worry…you’ll catch on quickly and have fun! Please purchase your own and bring it to class with you. If you need help locating one, let me know and I can help. To start out, you will want either a 10# or 15 # Kettlebell.
**If you know you will be gone for a specific class/classes you do not have to pay for those days if you let me know at the beginning of the month. To receive the free week, you cannot miss any classes.
***Your friend cannot be someone who already attends bootcamp classes
