Hey there 21-day challengers!
Just checking in…
We are getting into the challenge–are you sticking with your goals?
Have you continued with what you started?
Did you decide to “cheat”?
Have you had a setback…or 2?
Have you run into any problems or questions?
We are one week into our 3 week challenge! Way to go! You are only 2 weeks away from a wonderful feeling of accomplishment!
I know I’ve had my share of challenges this week and I know you have too! What are you doing to stay on track? What have you found that works? What have you found that didn’t? Take a moment to check in and plan for this coming week. Make some changes where you need to and get prepared! Take notes of the things you should be proud of! And just put the things you aren’t proud of behind you and head into Monday with your chin up and your self-doubt in the trash. Keep making decisions, moment-by-moment, that get you closer to your goals!
