What better gift to recieve than the gift of a fun workout? This one’s called the 12 days of Christmas!

12 Days of Christmas Workout

A fun workout to go along with the 12 days of Christmas. You don’t need any equipment, except for a chair for one exercise!

How it works: Just like when you sing the 12 days of Christmas, you do the exercise for that specific day, plus all the previous exercises. For example, on day 5 you would do 5 burpees, 4 side pushups, 3 plank push ups, 2 squat jumps, and 1 minute plank.

(12/14) Day 1: 1 minute plank

(12/15) Day 2: 2 squat jumps/air squats

(12/16) Day 3: 3 Plank push ups

(12/17) Day 4: 4 Side push ups (4 on each side)

(12/18) Day 5: 5 Golden Burpees

(12/19) Day 6: 6 split lunges

(12/20) Day 7: 7 Chair Dips

(12/21) Day 8: 8 Super plank rotations on each side

(12/22) Day 9: 9 air squats

(12/23) Day 10: 10 pushups

(12/24) Day 11: 11 Sit ups

(12/25) Day 12: 12 walking lunges

Just print this out and post it where you’ll remember to do it.
