On the 4th day of Christmas, my trainer gave to me:
4 side push ups, 3 plank push ups, 2 squat jumps, and a 1 minute plank!
Here’s a link to a video of how to perform a side push up:
1. Start on your right side.
2. Wrap your right arm around you so it’s out of the way.
3. Place your left hand in front of your right shoulder on the floor.
4. Push yourself up until the right arm is completely straight.
5. Slowly lower yourself back to the floor.
Repeat on the other side!
