Danah teaches several group fitness classes in the Harrison, AR area. *
Group fitness classes are a great environment if you are looking for a little extra push. Working out on your own can get boring and you may find yourself slacking some. The dynamics present in a group of people working out energizes you to push a little harder and achieve more than you could on your own! With Danah designing and conducting the workouts, you will have a safe, effective workout that can be modified to benefit you the most. She doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach found in many classes.

Strength and Conditioning Classes at Spin Time:
30 minutes of a combination of indoor cycling and core strengthening. A few sessions a week will have you looking, feeling, and performing better quickly. Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30am and Fridays at 12pm
Spinning Bootcamp at Spin Time:
A 45 minute class beginning with a hard-hitting session on the spin bike, followed by some focused strength work off the bike. Mondays at 5:30pm
Strong is Sexy Bootcamp at Mrs Christy’s Dance, Tumble, and Cheer:
An hour-long class that focuses on building strength and endurance. You will learn to use everything from Kettlebells, dumbbells, Medicine Balls, and Resistance Bands, every night is something different! Guaranteed to bust you out of your normal routine and challenge your body in new ways every week! Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:15pm
